Safety and security

If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 (national emergency number). To report cyber crime, use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 for financial fraud.

• Use a long, unique password.
• Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings.
• Never share one-time passwords or card details. We will never ask for them.
• Check that you are on http://localhost:3000.

• A genuine employer never asks you to pay for a job, training, equipment or a “security deposit”.
• Check the company’s verification badge and the recruiter’s profile.
• Be careful with offers that move you to other chat apps quickly or promise unusually high returns.
• Report anything suspicious.
